Welcome, and thank you 💛

You just did something kind for your legs, and for yourself. Here's everything you need to feel your best in your LumaBelly socks, plus a little about the people behind them.

SUPPORT. COMFORT. STEP INTO WELLNESS.
OUR STORY

From our family to yours

LumaBelly started the way a lot of good things do, with a problem nobody was solving properly.

We're a small, women-owned business, built by moms who lived through the swollen ankles, the heavy legs by mid-afternoon, and the compression socks that were clearly never made for a pregnant body. So we made our own: graduated compression designed around the way pregnancy actually changes your legs, in a soft fabric you'll actually want to keep on all day.

Every order genuinely matters to us. When you choose LumaBelly, you're supporting a small team that cares about how your pregnancy feels.

PREGNANCY TIPS

Little things that help during pregnancy

Simple, practical tips from us and the moms we've helped.

Easing swelling through the day

  • Put your socks on first thing, before swelling starts.
  • Move a little every hour, even ankle circles help.
  • Put your feet up for 10-15 minutes when you can.
  • Sip water through the day and go easy on very salty food.

Surviving days on your feet

  • Compression socks on before your shift are your best friend.
  • Wear supportive, roomy shoes, your feet may be half a size bigger.
  • Shift your weight and grab a seat whenever you can.
  • Prop your legs up as soon as you get home.

Sleeping more comfortably

  • Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees.
  • A cool, dark room and a wind-down routine help you drop off.
  • Wearing socks during the day often means fewer night-time cramps.

Long flights & car rides

  • Put your socks on before you sit and keep them on the whole trip.
  • Move, or do ankle pumps, every hour or so.
  • Keep sipping water and avoid crossing your legs for long.

Staying hydrated

Drinking enough water actually helps your body hold onto less fluid.

  • Sip steadily rather than a lot at once.
  • Water-rich foods like cucumber and watermelon count too.

When to check with your doctor

Everyday swelling that eases overnight is common. Give your doctor or midwife a call if you notice:

  • Sudden or one-sided swelling that feels warm or painful.
  • A bad headache, vision changes, or facial swelling.
  • Your baby moving less than usual.
