Reading your tracking

What each stage actually means

Orders take 10 to 15 days door to door. Tracking goes quiet for stretches inside that window, and it almost never means anything is wrong.

Label created

Days 1 to 4

Your parcel is packed and waiting for the carrier to collect it. The number works but shows no movement yet. This is normal and nothing is lost.

In transit

Days 4 to 12

Moving. This is the longest leg and the quietest one. There is no scan while a parcel is in the air or in a container.

Arrived in country

Around days 10 to 13

It has cleared the long leg and entered the local network. From here updates usually come every day or two.

Out for delivery

Days 10 to 15

On the van. In almost every case this means today.

Cannot find your tracking number?

It is in the email with the subject line "A shipment from your order is on the way". Search your inbox for lumabelly and check spam and promotions, since order emails land there often. The number sits near the bottom, next to the carrier name.

Sign in with the email you ordered with. No password needed, we send you a code. Your orders and tracking numbers are all there.

Tracking questions

My tracking has not updated in several days

That is expected. Long-haul parcels can go four to seven days between scans and then jump forward several stages at once. If it has been quiet for more than a week, email us and we will chase the carrier directly. You do not have to do that part yourself.

It says label created and nothing else

Your tracking number is generated when the parcel is labelled, which happens before a carrier physically scans it in. That gap is usually one to three days. An empty tracking page in your first week is expected.

How long should the whole thing take?

10 to 15 days from the moment you order. That is 1 to 2 days to pack, 1 to 2 days to reach the carrier, and 7 to 12 days in transit. If you are past 20 days, email us and we will resend your order or refund you, whichever you prefer.

It says delivered but I do not have it

Check with neighbours, around the property, and any mailroom or parcel room first, and give it 24 hours since carriers sometimes scan at the end of a route and deliver the next morning. If it is still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open a trace with the carrier while the case is still open.

Who is the carrier?

Yanwen handles the long leg, then hands off to your local postal service for the final delivery. The tracking number covers the whole journey, so you only need the one number.
