Will my order arrive in one parcel?

Usually yes. If you ordered socks on their own, or two packs of socks, it will come as one parcel.

When orders split

Orders that mix categories can ship separately. If you bought socks and the pregnancy pillow, for example, those may travel on different routes and land a few days apart. When that happens you will get more than one tracking number.

What to do if only part of your order arrives

  1. Check your email for a second tracking number.
  2. Give the remaining item a few more days. Split parcels rarely land on the same day.
  3. If the second half has not arrived within a week of the first, email info@lumabelly.com with your order number and tell us which item is missing.

A note on free gifts. If we have sent you a gift with your order it usually travels in the same parcel as the main item. If your gift is missing but your order is complete, tell us and we will send it separately.
