How they work

  • Digital only, delivered by email. Nothing is posted, so there is no shipping wait.
  • Redeemed at checkout in the same box as a discount code.
  • Any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
  • If your order costs more than the card, you pay the difference in the usual way.

If it has not arrived

Check spam and promotions first, then the address used at checkout. If it is genuinely not there, email info@lumabelly.com with the order number and we will resend it.

The limits

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • One gift card and one discount code cannot always be combined, depending on the promotion.
