About the free gift in your order

We sometimes include a free gift with an order. It might be a Pregnancy Support Band, a small nursery item, or a card with a discount on your next order.

Who gets one

Gifts go out with certain bundles and promotions, and we also send them to customers whose order has taken longer than it should have. If yours was slow, there is a reasonable chance something extra is in the box.

Where it will be

Usually in the same parcel as your main order. Occasionally it ships separately and lands a few days apart.

If it is missing

Email info@lumabelly.com with your order number and we will look into it. If it should have been in there, we will send it.

Returns and gifts

• Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount.
• If you return the order that a gift came with, we may ask for the gift back or deduct its value. In practice, for smaller items, we usually just tell you to keep it.
• A gift arriving damaged is treated the same as anything else. Tell us and we will replace it.
