My tracking has not updated
Quiet tracking is the single most common thing we get asked about, and in almost every case the parcel is fine.
The two normal gaps
1. The first few days
Your tracking number exists from the moment your parcel is labelled, but it will show nothing until a carrier physically scans it. That gap is usually 1 to 3 days. An empty tracking page in your first week is expected.
2. Mid-transit silence
Once a parcel is on a long leg it can go 4 to 7 days without a scan, then update with several stages at once. There is no scan while it is in the air or in a container.
When to ask us to look
- No movement for 7 or more days after the first scan
- Tracking says delivered but you do not have it
- Tracking shows the wrong city or country and has stayed there several days
- It has been more than 20 days since you ordered
Email info@lumabelly.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier, which takes a few days to come back, and we will tell you what they say either way.
