Changing or cancelling an order

The window

When you contact us What we can do
Within a few hours Change size, colour, quantity or address. Cancel for a full refund.
Same day Usually still possible, but not guaranteed.
After it is packed We cannot change or stop it. Wait for it to arrive, then start a return or exchange.

Wrong address

This is the one worth writing about immediately. Once a parcel is labelled the address is fixed and carriers will not redirect it for us. If it goes to an old address, it is usually gone.

Wrong size

If you have already checked out and realised you picked the wrong size, write to us anyway. If we cannot catch it in time, we will do a free size exchange once it reaches you.

What to include

  • Your order number
  • What you want changed, stated plainly
  • The full corrected address, if that is the change
