What cannot be returned

Most things can be returned within 30 days. These cannot:

  • Final sale items. Marked as such on the product page at the time you buy.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged through use. Wear and tear, a snag, a hot wash that damaged the stretch.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Anything requested after the 30-day window.
  • Anything posted back without approval. Please email us first.

Hygiene items

Pacifiers cannot be returned once opened, for obvious reasons. If one arrives damaged or faulty, that is a different matter and we will replace it.

Worn socks

Trying a pair on is expected and fine. A pair that has been worn for full days, washed, or comes back stained or with odour cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.

If your parcel arrived late and that has pushed you past the 30 days, tell us. We will not hold our shipping times against you.
