When will I get my refund?

The timeline

1. You email us and we approve the return Usually within one business day.
2. You post it back Using the label and instructions we send. How long this takes is up to the post.
3. We receive and check it We email you to confirm it arrived and whether it was approved.
4. The refund is issued Within 10 business days of us approving it, back to your original payment method.
5. Your bank posts it Usually 3 to 5 more business days. This part is out of everyone's hands.

Where it goes

Refunds return to the card or account you paid with. If that card has been cancelled or replaced, tell us and we will issue store credit instead.

How much comes back

The price you paid for the item. Return shipping is deducted from the final amount unless the return is because we sent the wrong thing or the item arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.

If it has been longer than that

If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you the return was approved and there is still nothing in your account, email info@lumabelly.com and we will chase it.
